Project dump...

I am a little behind in updating my projects! On this cold Wisconsin winter night, I find myself inside knitting and wanting to blog. I have many MANY friends expecting so baby blankets is where I will start. First, my good friend Joe and his wife are expecting twins in May. She loved the blanket pattern I made for my niece. I decided since she is having twin boys I would make two blankets, one in green and gold to represent Packer colors. Here is the yellow one:

Moving on, I have a really sweet friend that I work with. Her and her husband are expecting their first child the end of May. She picked out a simple basket weave blanket.
I have also started a cute cowl for my dear friend M:
This cowl is the Sallah pattern by Bristol Ivy. I just love it. Its going pretty fast. However, it is constructed by increasing at one end and decreasing at the other, then sewed together to form a cowl. I am just finishing the increase section and it looks like a giant thong! Once I get to the decrease section I am sure it will look m ore like a cowl or something other than a thong.... I hope.

Until next time, keep knitting.
