We feel like we should meet everyone's needs. I have the same problem at work -- it's a constant topic of conversation among women teachers. I hope you do allow yourself to say no and have more calm in your life. I am experiencing huge amounts of anxiety about work and family, so I literally feel your pain. And meds only go so far.
